Run Eval

Run and store a static authored-config eval.

This deterministic check covers persona, voice, forbidden style, world seed, visual setup, and contradictions. It does not create a session or call the real reply engine. Use create_conversation_eval instead when you need a scripted dialogue transcript and semantic judge scores. App-scoped; 404 if the character is not owned.
