Get redacted session health

GET

/v1/observability/sessions/:session_id/health

Redacted app-scoped session health: diagnosis status, invariant summaries, causal-layer counts, and worker alive/behind state. Excludes raw layers, turn text, prompts, provider payloads, and deploy commit hashes.
