Redacted app-scoped Telegram diagnostics for one session. This stitches Managed Bot request state, active binding/channel-user status, inbound session events, reply jobs, lifecycle markers, and Telegram delivery attempts into one support view. It intentionally excludes raw Telegram ids, raw user text, raw provider errors, tokens, prompts, and provider payloads.
